ULHAS TAYADE

Ulhas Govind Tayade, born on the 24th January 1976 in Amravati District of Maharastra.
His life aspiration and ambitions revolved around majorly 2 areas - one that of the creative field (acting, directing and writing) and the other in the Socio-Political field.
Hailing from a smallish town, Ulhas’s education was more restic and holistic. He was a typical naughty, hyperactive child who evolved into a multitalented, multifaceted individual excelling in Sports and creatives and under as mastering language and communication.
The period of his MBA Studies in Pune, also marked his advent into theatricals, which eventually lead him to the small screen and then into big screen.
His earlier days saw him light up the small screen with his disdain as “Sai” in Duniyadari.
Thereafter, he dabbled as an actor in films from the South of India, HBO productions, ITv as a character artist and negative roles.
His passion however is in writing and direction. He has written multiple scripts revolving around serious issues such as the political turmoil during the infamous “1975 etc.,
He has received critical acclaim for his will throughout and executed short films “If Ever…" " A Black And White Rainbow", "Hope Stems Forever", etc.

As avid follower of current world and Indian politics, Ulhas has in-depth knowledge of the of Indian Politics. His work, as to under “We protect Foundation” has saw him into the socio political arena as the crusader for the least empowerment, the displaced and the homeless.

He strives to get the indigenous tribes, the Adivasis, the nomadic tribe communities,minorities and underprivileged people their basic rights of food, clothing and shelter and education.
